We have 25 years of collective doula experience, including breastfeeding support, and have supported over 200 births between us and many more families in their journey.

Peaceful & Beautiful Birth
HypnoBirthing will make you feel more calm and relaxed, both in pregnancy and labour. It will reduce fear and risks of a medicalised birth. Your partner or doula will support you through the process with a series of visualisation and breathing techniques.
Before, during and after
Our professional birth doulas will accompany you and your partner through pregnancy, labour and the after birth period, providing emotional, informational and physical support tailored to your needs.
We also offer last-minute and virtual doula services.
